    You are two weeks away from a party that you have been looking forward to for the entire year. You have even purchased that nice dress (or suit for that matter) that you have been eyeing months in advance. Then, it just occurred to you that you would want to try your clothes for the party on just to see how you look like in them… again. You zip up, but the zipper stops midway and gets stuck. Not advancing any further. Then it hits you, you may have had a tad more jelly filled donuts than you were supposed to have during break time at work.

    Pressed for time, you freak out and panic. You only have two weeks left to fit into those clothes and the clock is ticking away. There is one solution for this which requires sacrifice, one of the most popular among lose weight fast diets, the vegetable and water diet.

    Models and actresses are said to have resorted to this hard core fasting diet just to be able to fit into the clothes that they want to wear… or in some instances, need to wear. Thus the lose weight fast diets.

    Since you have two more weeks to go, for the entire duration of this period you are only allowed to eat green vegetables. It is up to you as to how you would like to prepare them. You can eat them raw, sauté them, or toss them in a blender. You are not allowed to use any type of seasoning at all though. The usual vegetables of choice are lettuce, broccoli, spinach, and celery. Avoid starchy vegetables.

    Drink lots of water. Drink water before your meal, during your meal, and after your meal. It will help you by making you feel full.

    To help you trim down even more, exercise as much as you can. If you don’t have much time, at least get 45 minutes of aerobics exercise. It will help you burn more.

    After two weeks of this you should see a considerable weight loss. But this is not permanent.

    Although it is not really recommended that you subject yourself to these lose weight fast diets but sometimes there are unavoidable circumstances that don’t leave us any choice but to resort to these lose weight fast diets.

    There is still no substitute to a healthy diet and proper exercise. For you to be able to avoid last minutes stunts such as weight loss fast diets, change your lifestyle. Eat and live right. I will also benefit you long term.
